เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2567 สำนักงานพาณิชย์ในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงวอชิงตัน (สพต.) โดยอัครราชทูต ฝ่ายการพาณิชย์ (น.ส.สุภาวดี แย้มกมล) พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ ได้พบหารือกับ Mr. Douglas Heffner, Mr. Richard Ferrin และ Ms. Carrie Connolly บริษัทที่ปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. ซึ่งรับเป็นผู้แทนด้านกฎหมายของรัฐบาลไทยสำหรับกรณีสหรัฐฯ ไต่สวนการอุดหนุน (CVD) สินค้าเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ที่นำเข้าจากไทย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลความคืบหน้าและความร่วมมือในการปกป้องและรักษาศักยภาพทางการแข่งขันของสินค้าไทยในตลาดสหรัฐฯ

On July 3rd, 2024, Miss Supawadee Yamgamol, Minister (Commercial), together with official and staff from the Office of Commercial Affairs, met with Mr. Douglas Heffner (Partner), Mr. Richard Ferrin (Counsel), and Ms. Carrie Connolly (Counsel) of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, the Law Firm retained to advise Royal Thai Government on the CVD investigation of Solar Cells (Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells: CSPV) imported from Thailand to exchange information and possible cooperation on maintaining Thailand’s competitiveness in the U.S. market.
